About

Hi, I’m Nkem, a fitness creator and personal trainer behind Muscle Mummy. I create relatable, authentic UGC that helps brands connect with women 40+. My content focuses on fitness, wellness, activewear, lifestyle and products that make everyday life better. I’m confident on camera, comfortable creating both talking-to-camera and voiceover content, and I love making content that feels natural rather than overly scripted. I bring energy, personality and a real-life perspective to every collaboration, helping brands create content their audience can trust and relate to.
