    Accepting a creator's application means paying upfront. The money is protected — held by the platform, not sent to the creator. Accepted-but-unpaid doesn't exist here.

    Deliver on-platform

    The creator submits the live post. Everything is timestamped.

    7 days to review

    The brand approves or disputes — one click from the email. If the brand never responds, ugc.ng reviews the work and pays the creator only if it matches the brief.

  4. 4

    Paid out the next day

    Approved work is transferred to the creator's bank the following day.

The pool, every submitted clip, every claim, every payout — and every forfeited claim — are public on the campaign page. You don't have to trust us. You can look.

Rules we hold ourselves to
  • Disputes are ruled against the written gig spec, not whoever shouts loudest.
  • Inflated view claims forfeit — and the forfeit stays visible on the ledger.
  • Unspent campaign money becomes wallet credit, including its share of the fee. We don't keep what you didn't spend.
  • The fee is the whole price: no listing fees, no creator-side cut, no surprise deductions.
